• A centre dedicated to the craft of writing, editing, illustration & publishing in service for its members and the public.
• A space with a specialist resources library, quiet spaces for creativity, and a conference space meetings, workshops & guest speakers, also one-on-one services such as mentoring.
• The space will provide opportunities to network with other writers
• The centre will provide an interactive space for people to ‘exhibit’ their work for feedback
• The centre will work in partnership with other writing organisations
• The centre’s space and resources will be available to writing groups and book clubs
• May be opportunities for people to sell their publications
• May be a venue to purchase eco-friendly writing equipment
